hahaha.. wtf? i don't think i'm "soooo good"... i'm almost positive i'm not getting into art express.. i was wishing Thade luck because i think her works are awesome. i saw them in the other thread and i really like them. there is not one bit of sarcasm in my post. where did i say i didn't...

i reckon they're waiting till after the exam... not wanting to disappoint anyone before it... i'm hoping my school is the same... ours were marked at school.. and i haven't heard anything yet... but we got 7 short listed last year.. and 3 or 4 the year before.. i hope we have some this year ^-^...

i know i put up the main part of my work before.. but i didn't put up my painting.. because i didn't have a good pic.. but i found a half decent one.. so i thought I'd add that.. as well as a photo of a sculpture i made and an image of a cockroach that i included before.. but you couldn't see...

thade, they are really awesome! damn.. what size did you print them?

congrats! the teachers i've talked to said that you have more of a chance if its itinerately marked.. anyway.. nice one! :) post a pic if you have some!

i don't know when the works will get sent back to schools and when the nominations are published... but the people who got the official letters about being accepted into the actual exhibition last year found out in early December..

i agree.. do not leave your work to chance.. leaving it to the last minute is a really bad idea... a good friend of mine who is really talented but very lazy only did her work 2 and half weeks before it was due. she was lucky that her final product turned out well and she got 42/50 for her final...

eww that would have been gross.. i hate them too! i still shudder at the thought of the amount of cockroaches i had to pick up this year.. with gloves on, of course.. eww... >_< but anyway, thanks for the feedback ^_^... this is the first time i've shown my art work on the net.. so i was kinda...

hey.. its been a while since anyone posted on in here.. i thought i may as well put some of my works up.. good luck to everyone, and congrats to those who have already been short listed ^_^ i only just realised that i don't have any individual photos of my works.. just pics from when my work...

not all works have been marked yet... my schools were only marked yesterday.. so i think it will be a while before the preselections are published...
