i never said the exam was hard, i found it 'harder' in that i probably wont get full marks. really because i was expecting it to be easier than the trial which i got 95 for.

the operating effiency ratio was simple, it increased from 5% to 10% which u can get by just finding the gap between the gross profit margin and net profit margin, and all u had to say is that this increase in expenses (like wages or electricity) had to be payed for by working capital therefore...

simple as, like every business studies test, such an oxymoron 'business studies test' ay yeah well i was going for 100, exam was harder than i thought, so perhaps only 95+
