i reckon it'll be worth it to plan a little (like in dot points quickly) because having a framework to fall back on is probably safer than rambling about something and forgetting to answer the question
I think so, you could talk about how through the dramatic form, audiences are able to hear the dialogue and thus conflict between the characters and go on from there, or how Shakespeare uses soliloquy as a dramatic device that allows audiences to see a reflection of the character's motivations...
