your opinions on experimenting with drugs.. while on schoolies?

That was my point - you will not be yourself and will not know what you will get into. My post was meant to emphasise the inherent risk in any form of drug taking, whether it be 5 coffee's a day, cigarettes or lsd, everything comes with it's own risk. My personal reasoning for recreational usage...

your opinions on experimenting with drugs.. while on schoolies?

Of course it's not good for you, you idiot. Do you think drug-takers are idiots? It seems that many arguing vehemently against drug usage eat fat saturated foods, drink numerous bacardi breezers, do far too little exercise and smoke cigarettes. From what I hear, emphesema's not particularly...

Whoever's Failing General Maths or Gettin Shit Marks This is the Place 4 U

Hardest thing about general maths is the language used, it's ridiculous. The only hard part about it is deciphering the questions, aside from that it's relatively simple. It's maths in english though. Absolutely fucking ridiculous. It's fucking my uai hard.

    Stratified sampling

stratified sample would be (230÷1200) X 120 = approx 23 Year 10 students (150÷1200) X 120 = approx 15 Year 11 students therefore fewer year 11's, more year 10's (got this from worked answers in a book ;) hope this helped

Was it ok if u disagreed with section 3's statement?

Soon as I read it I thought there's no way I could possibly agree with it as much as I tried, having learnt NEVER to disagree with the Q. I agree with most above, to me it's clearly not essential, or even necessary. The whole nature of the journey is that is it results in...

Coffee right before an exam, yes or no?

Coffee? NoDoz? My vote is for ice. A few lines right before, and to avoid crashing mid exam, grab one of those pencils with the erasers, remove said eraser, and stuff with methy goodness.

What order should I do the exam in?

I've always done it in the set order, ie reading, creative, essay but you're all making me re-consider.....perhaps essay earlier :s

query on section 1 of AOS

I've always been told you must introduce new material, but of course you can repeat yourself if it's relevant. Sorry, hope that helps :)

    "Discuss"

Yes, you should provide two contrasting points of view, but you can conclude on which is more appropriate, which one you feel more affiliated with. Discuss means just that, consider different points of view. But of course not equally, say if one side is clearly more appropriate emphasise it, or...

query on section 1 of AOS

Karen Yager...? Well of course you can include information you've already mentioned, technically you can include whatever you want. But I've heard from teachers, tutors, past students, markers etc that what gets you the marks is the concepts and then introducing new techs to back up your thesis.

query on section 1 of AOS

No. You must include new information. Read last years markers notes; apparently a lot of people did that and got :hammer:
