I understand that it's hard when overseas students hang in their own group and stuff, and i'm not saying its our duty to outreach or try to break in their circle - it's just we have to be aware that we're not discriminating them because of their culture or background, but rather...

Same question as the math thread... there's physics and higher physics... whats the deal about that?
Do you learn the same stuff but hard etc like maths in higher physics with scaling and stuff?
I really enjoy physics but only got in the 80s for my HSC...

I have a friend with a UAI of 74
and wishes to do commerce at UNSW
with the bonus scheme and such, he'll have a UAI of 76 and will get into Mathematics and Finance in UTS
yet he recieved an offer from UWS doing commerce
is it easier to transfer from UWS or UNSW and will he be able to transfer...
