my creative was possibly the saddest thing i've ever written...really...and thats not because of the quality of it...it was what i was writing...
this guy had been drinking and had quit his job and his wife wasn't happy so they had this big argument and he kept going on about the good life...
i did
essay = 8 pages
creative = 11.5 pages
and i write really small with about 15-18 words per line...
there are others that write big with sometimes only 3 or 4 words to a line...so yeh...page numbers mean nothing....its the marks
good ol' quality over quantity.....
there was about 10 or so of us that dropped to general about mid term 2
we covered the whole 2 year hsc course in a term and a half in more detail than the other classes did in the two years...needless to say we all went well :)
i thought the test was great...nothing too difficult in it...
i did the furniture one and was done with about 10 mins to go....didn't leave a line blank....
so with this and 2UE paper 1 i've had a decent start to the HSC
i started writing my story without thinking of the type of journey or the picture i was going to use....got to the bottom of the first page before i picked the caterpillar one...
endned up writing this sort of psychological semi-thriller that i am rather proud of and wouldn't mind turning...
the pranksters were my fellow 3 and 4 unit english students who are presently at our teachers house doing some english stuff (i couldn't go cos i am not feelin too well)
hold on....i don't know now.....
im being given hints that it was a prank....and if it was it is a very fucking cruel prank.....
actually yes it as a prank....
i am none too happy.....
i just got off the phone with the BOS and they asked for my permission to include my work in the 2006 showcase.....
huzzah....
of course i said yes....lol
