i just logged on for TAS and saw that they gave me times which clashed with my timetable. i had given 3 good/bad preferences and still it clashes. what should i do now, get notes off the lecture which imi supposed to go to, obviously i cant be at two places at once. someone answer me. help!

this thread just went off-topic. or, at least its not answering the question. i was wondering the same thing too, and im doing a combined law degree. im going to try out doing 12 hours a week, it sounds too much, but if it really does overwhelm me i'll either cut down or quit the job.

thank god it was short, only 20 minutes long. they introduced us to some lecturers.. there was lots of old(er) students there, which surprised me.

if you do over 10 units it might not count towards yr UAI, as was the case with me.

we started with 30, ended up with 8 :)

they dont count for anything, other than yr log book as pass/fail. the trial exam doesnt even count towards yr hsc, they only use the marks if you get sick during the hsc. thats why i love (d) hospitality so much, it was a bludgy class.

i hated the waste of time. my workplacement was the same as misturi's (but this was last year, ive graduated yr 12 now)

i have the same problem too, two of my tutorials are missing from the timetable. but my friend said that they will give me the complete timetable when uni starts?

luckily i did 12 units, 2 units of VET was not counted in the UAI. the exam for it was easy but i got scaled down to 86.

i'll say that if you keep this up, its easy to get into the high 90s
