however, when the magnet leaves the magnetic field, there will be another change in mag flux, therefore an induced emf, but it will be in opposite direction (because magnetic field lines are being removed). nt: i dont even have the paper with me atm so idk even if that is the question you...

    Band 6 Cut-off

as ive said in every other cutoff thread, imo it will be around the same. why? difficulty is entirely subjective. aside from something completely new and random like mod B for advanced (which fucked a lot of people up) whether someone finds a test harder/easier could really just come down to...

    Calculations in Short Response

yeah i got around 9.9g or sth for galvanic around 0.31 for citric acid concentration (or maybe 3.1? but that seems a bit high, i dont remember really except my answer had 3's and 1's in it) dont remember my answer for the second part of galvanic (concentration of nickel), think i may have...

    General Thoughts: Chemistry

also i think i got 0.31 (or thereabouts) for the citric acid one. (cant remember actually, but i remember 3's and 1's in there, and 3.1 does seem a bit high) mentioning le chatelier's principle for the 6 marker (or any equilibrium question really) is probably necessary for full marks...

if you didn't know, you can ask for extra booklets. (that said, a few times i did just write under the lines a little because i didn't really want to get a new booklet for like 1 sentence :/) i'm pretty sure from what i've read on the forums that its ok to go over though

    General Thoughts: Chemistry

for neutralisation i said energy required in bond breaking is less tahn energy needed in bond formation thus always exo. (i think this was what we learned in prelim for why things are exo/endo) meh idk.
