I was thinking about doing this degree, but I have had no experience in 'Commerce-related subjects' during my secondary education.
Do I need to know things about Commerce prior to entering this course? Will I be at a major disadvantage if I lack this knowledge?
That's really good to hear, great news to start off 2012! :D I just hope I don't miss out on too much from the Psychology/Biology subject, but the SCIF sounds interesting too- especially with that added bonus ;D

But do you know how different the vision science program is compared to optometry first year? I.e. Would I be at a disadvantage against the first year Optometry students if I transferred from Advanced Science, in the second year?
So, I was wondering on the difficulty of transferring into B. Optometry after completing first year in B. Science (advanced science) majoring in Vision Science. What requirements- scores (UMAT, WAM...etc) would I need to have a high chance of getting in? And, how many people are usually accepted...
