What happens if I delete the first preference that I got as an offer and replaced it with the one I have, are my second round chances okay?

Yeah, that's fcked up, I don't know why and the course is still bloody vacant

Im going to accept my offer, but is there still a chance I can get into Bach of Science/Business in the late round even though it's still vacant and I didn't get in?

The course for Bach Sciecne/Business is still vacant and my atar is only higher than the cut off due to EAS and bonus points in general

So my atar is 80.5 and the course I got offered was Bach of Arts/Science at Usyd (83 cutoff I think) and my first preference was Bach of Science/Business at UTS which was 85 I think. In addition to my 10 bonus points and 5 extra points from subjects for my uts course, I didn't get in. Right now...
