Just an email saying “you’ve been granted the mysydney scholarship” or anything along those lines to confirm I’ve actually gotten it.

How do they expect people outside of Sydney to get into contact then ?

Got an email saying I was eligible and got accepted with a reduced atar as apart of the scheme. How else would I be meant to know, if they did not email mate ?

Has anybody eligible for the mysydney scholarship received any emails or calls recently ? I’ve heard nothing and it doesn’t come up for me on student centre. Everytime I call the student centre, there seems to be “high volume”, so it’s almost impossible to get into contact with the uni.

Does anybody know if the reduced ATARs for this scheme are cutoffs ? Eg comm / law is 96 but I got 92, does this mean I can't possibly get it ?

No idea, It was actually pretty disappointing that they would not let me double up because of a "technicality" and it shows that they really care about the $$$ most.

Yeah it means you are dux, the eligibility is “highest atar at your school”
