i'm kinda in a similar position. my ranks are all below average except for 4 of my 11 units and my school's ranked 20-30. do u know what raw marks i would need to aim for to get a 90+ ATAR (or possibly a 95+)?
i'm sure if u study hard from now u can easily get 80+ raw marks in all your external hsc exams, which should be enough for 75-80 if ur cohort does well. and ur school rank is 75 so u would expect ur cohort to do relatively well.

About 2 weeks ago I got my school assessment mark for English (72) and my rank: 98/141.
Will my internal moderated assessment mark be 72 (scaled if my school did good/bad) or the mark of the person who came 98th (e.g. 65)?

I just finished my internal assessments and I go to a school usually ranked between 25-40.
My ranks are terrible as I'm ranked in the bottom half for everything except PDHPE and 2 unit maths.
I only know a few ranks so far:
PDHPE: 16/80 (about 12 band 6's last year)
English: 98/141...
