Can you still become a doctor if you were diagnosed with depression in the past?

Say for example I was diagnosed with depression at the age of 17 as a result of a physical assault, and later get cleared of that depression 6 - 12 months later with no signs of it afterwards, would I still be all fine to become a doctor? Thank you for any help.

Is it easier to get a higher GPA at less competitive unis?

I was wondering whether it'd be easier to get a higher GPA if I done nursing at UWS as opposed to USYD as I need the highest possible GPA to get into non-standard medicine in 2019, thanks for any help as I've been getting so many mixed responses.

    UWS Medicine UMAT Weighting Question

When it says that s3 is used as a tie breaker does that mean it's used for people who get right on the cutoff (128)? Does this also mean that an applicant in 2016 who got 129 was guarenteed a spot? Thanks for the help!

    UWS Medicine UMAT Weighting Question

Oh wow is that confirmed anywhere or is it just word of mouth? If so, does that mean I should focus all my UMAT study on section 1 and 2?

    UWS Medicine UMAT Weighting Question

So I've heard recently that UWS does not even regard section 3 in how they weight the UMAT, i.e. only section 1 and 2 are considered. Is this true? If not, is section 3 only weighted like half or what? Thanks for any help!

Will these marks get me a 90 percentile?

Hey, so I have a few questions: I have been doing 2008 medentry papers and i've been consistently getting around 76/110 which translates to 90/134 for a current paper (which has more questions). I heard that the 2008 papers would be quite easy because UMAT gets harder every year and new types...

Do you need to know your own sources for core study of the histories?

For modern history and ancient history, the core study section of the HSC already provides you with sources and you answer off those using your own knowledge as well. Does this mean that it is useless to know your own sources for the core studies of the histories?

Are these good possible related texts for discovery?

So I am doing Robert Frost as prescribed and I have already chosen my first related text as the short story called 'Neighbours'. I was wondering if Narnia (movie) would be a good related for these 2, and if it would be sophisticated enough? I was also thinking gone girl (movie) would be really...
