What suffices as great ECs? I have been in SRC for 2 years and was captain for my sports team a few years back, is this enough?Do well in the interviews, have great ECs, and sufficient grades...

I have mates that have gotten in and although the interview process is rigorous just practice being able to deal with pressure or thinking on the spot...
