In the question they factorised ‘Tx’ out and then inside the brackets they continued to factorise but I don’t get how they made tan50 becos I thought cos over sin was cot??

because tan is in the denominator and 1/tanx = cotx so its the same thing

cos 50/sin 50 is cot 50, but cot 50 = 1/tan 50, hopefully this helps lol
