yes...umat will give u an offer if you ace your umat and interview...IF uac sees that your uai is good enough then they'll give u 1st/2nd/3rd offer @ university....u do not have to get 99-100 thats complete bullshit..my friend got 93 and she got in...a uai of 95 is great..dont listen to rumous...

ok..yes theoretically they'll give you a first round offer based on your umat mark and if you successfuly get through the interview ie. BEFORE the uai is released....if you screw up ur uai that place will no longer be open to you....like my friend got an offer right after she did her umat exam...
