8 extra hours/week on store level?
Zomg.
...
Anyway. Found out that my upcoming 4-6 weeks 2IC relief are gonna be total balls. The manager is acting STM, and one of our pastrycooks is going on holidays... and we can't replace their hours apparently. FML.
Had a nice talk with SM and the...
We don't have that rule... last time I checked it's only fresh food staff that can't have it, and dress policy states that a business-like colour of polish is appropriate for front end staff
I was above average for all sections... shelf respect the circle was at the top of the grid section, checkouts was about 3/4 of the way up, and the other 2 were about a cm above the average line.
Don't laugh, but for a while there I was on $5.50/hr pre-tax
You shoulda seen him haha. There were all these customers there who had been waiting for the store to open, watching him try to pick up this donut tree and scattered donuts everywhere, while all flustered, grabbing for his phone unit to PA me, my manager, the store cleaner and whoever else to...

Doubt they'd police it if the clause does exist. Otherwise there'd be a few SMs in my area group in hot water, plus my area manager.
Well that's what I thought I'd read too.... but. like. I was told by my manager's boyfriend that it is 100% in there and that he asked about it at the meeting he went to. :/ (and that it's just considered an extension of conflict of interest shit)
Erm, I guess so! :p
That would, uh, be classed as a physical relationship no?
(In which case, if it were to be policed, a number of employees from your store would be screwed, so to speak).
So.... I had a bunch of stuff quoted but my net borked and I cbf going through again.
RE: Townie bringing up the new EBA again as he always seems to do! (Love you townie )
Apparently there is a clause in it which specifically states that a person employed under the EBA may not be in a...
