Is there any kitchen facilities that we can use? I mean if I get the munchies can I go and make some pancakes? And with the meals, are they at set times, or can we just turn up whenever and get some food? And what's the JCR like?

I was just browsing through the o-week schedule for Duval. Is any of this compulsory? I mean Wild West night, Scavenger Hunt, Run/Swim, Slave Auction, Woolshed (bush dances?), Fun Swim, Desperate and Dateless, etc. I'm sure they're fun but they aren't really my thing.
