UAC Statement of Service
The general one? Before you list your preferences you fill in all your personal details etc and it asks for employment history. It's not really a form as such - just the general application online...- Anonymous12345

UAC Statement of Service
I filled out the UAC application form - and added a couple of my part time jobs but now it says I'll need to get them to write a "statement of service". I cbf getting that, and I can't find the option to delete my employment info - so if I don't supply it does it stuff my application up? Or will...- Anonymous12345
