I did a quick google and found out it is 95% Tafe and 4% Uni.

Alot of people I know say it is actually just a (not all that) glorified tafe.

I did both in Yr11 and dropped SDD, although it could just be the way it is taught at my school. I think the best way to decide is what your other subjects are and which one you would be more interested in. Voted engineering out of pure hatred for SDD though.
