    Piercings and Tattoos

Yeah it's gorgeous but not mine yet. I want to get it within a year or two though.

Has anyone here gone to an Ivy League University?

Yes. There was a girl on here who got accepted to Harvard and went. No joke. There is no HECS style system but you can get student loans and financial aid. It's a lot more complicated though and I'd really recommend thoroughly researching it.

    Piercings and Tattoos

I've got my tongue pierced and two holes in each ear. Looking to get two holes in the top of my right ear, one by the end of the year and another in about six months. Would love to get a design like this but on my shoulder blade:

What is so good about being a virgin?

Well duh I have an agenda. I asked a question and expected to get a solid answer. Which so far has either been related to religion, cultural values or vague assertions of it being special "because". My above post was a brief overview because it is funny how this goes in waves. New thread tiem.

What is so good about being a virgin?

Dude. This thread has been going on three years. I don't think that's going to happen. Most of the people who come into this thread deal in vague abstractions.

What is so good about being a virgin?

Haha this thread is funny. Every now and then when it's bumped we get the Christians and their replies and after a few pages someone plays the "it's just their own values" card and the "it's just a cultural" thing idea. As long as it doesn't hurt someone else I do whatever I want. It's simple...

What is so good about being a virgin?

The idea of it being special is what I'm looking at. You gesture towards it being important and special but you don't have any tangible reasons for why. It being the physical expression of love, etc. is fine but why do you need to have marriage to have that love? Wow you have shit friends...

    Rules for Customers

Where does it say that chocolate powder is a part of the product though? Wuddie asked: So where in the menu does it say that chocolate powder is part of the cappucino? If you're going to be a pedantic fuck, at least be consistent :)

    Rules for Customers

Dude. It's chocolate powder on top of a cappucino. You don't get a refund for the entire product because something worth like 5c is missing. If you want to be a pain in the ass, ask for a discount. Also, again. It's chocolate powder on top of a cappucino.

QFT. Being pedantic about that shit is ridiculous.

    Apologizing

One geniune apology after the event should be given. After that, it's annoying but if you say nothing at all that's pretty fucked.

    Apologizing

I think even if you know that nothing will fix the situation, a geniune "sorry" will help down the line IMO. Don't pester them with apologies though. That's just annoying.

What is so good about being a virgin?

God people get defensive  I started this thread with the simple question of the thread title looking to find out why people prized such a physical thing. There have been a lot of intangible and vague replies that gesture towards its "special-ness" but I still don't understand why...

    2008 Presidential Election - Obama v McCain

Oh God. Yes because planning for the future by keeping alive the hopes of a person who is a big backwards step makes so much sense. FUCK I HATE HER. I swear half of the reason I'm voting for Obama is because of that freak.

    Cheese appreciation thread

You're kidding right? You do know what cheese is don't you? I used to make cheese on toast by getting those Kraft Singles, putting them on a piece of white bread and then in the oven til the cheese sort of bubbled out of the 'skin'. So gross in hindsight but it was my fav. after school snack.
