Hey guys, I'm just curious are we allowed to keep the tests that we do in school that count towards our assessment tasks after it's been marked? Is there an official BOS rule that prevents this or is this a school thing?
Well, I flunked the first round offers. I didn't get it. What pathways should I take (other courses same uni?) to maybe get a transfer somehow in my second year?
I'm not sure I quite understand the difference between these two? btw the listed course is merely an example. I see lots of similar course with B Arts majoring in *insert course* at much lower ATAR cutoff than the other course. What's the catch?
I've heard that this is one of the most prestigious scholarships at UNSW. I'm assuming that this means that it is extremely competitive, is this true? What are the general ATARs of the people who have been accepted?
Also if there are any current scholars out there, did you needed a lot of extra...
Is it too late to do that now? I do realise that it's half way through but... I talked with a few people and they said apparently it's so 'easy' and I could still catch up to their workload right now. All I need to do is catch up the assessments and I'm good. I feel slightly suspicious about...
Ok I wasn't sure where to post this, so please move me if I'm wrong.
As the title suggests I am in need of jersey names! Nothing rude or offensive please :) Reps for the good ones
Since everyone is going on about ATARs it made me think about mine. Anyway here's my question, rank and details:
Rank needed to achieve 90+ ATAR?
Current ranks as of yearly:
English ADV: 3/13 (was coming 1st but freaked out at the last min and failed epically)
Mathematics: 5/20
Ext 1...
As the title suggests I'm thinking of dropping Biology because I obviously hate my biology teacher, and a few other reasons. Here are the reasons why:
- Favoritism
She plays 'favorites' over students who performs better well to the extent that I can't take. Not only academically but...
Ok so my teacher said that I need at least 2 and a good amount would be 4. I really really don't want to analyse and remember a whole lot of crap, so I'm leaning towards 2.. which is really not recommended. Also are there limits on what text type we can pick? Like both films or posters or...
I've heard of these methods being used, but I'm not sure about how effective these actually are... does anyone actually do this? and if so how long does it take before you get used it?
Oh in case no one knew what I meant... Nocturnal people are people that stays up really late every night to...
I heard that if you score consistently well at school but completely flunk out during your HSC exams your marks doesn't get taken, but you get the marks that's highest instead. The person that actually got that mark moves one down and etc...
Is this true, or just another one of those rumors...
Ok.. I have to do a speech on Journey, but I have like practically no idea what to do it on... so any ideas?
It can be on aspect of Journey. I.e imaginary, physical journey etc..
Note: It can not be a monologue
