    Did not received offer Main Round

    I applied late for UAC on 14th Jan so i had to pay $205 because of late fee plus i did not get an offer for Main Round yesterday, but what I am confused about is do they look at my UAC Preferences for the Main Round considering i have applied late or i have to wait for the Late Round?
