    ATAR over cut off, guaranteed entry?

    Hi, I have applied for a course at UNE which has an ATAR cut off of 84.4, this cut off has not changed at all since 2005 which is as far back as I can find. My ATAR is 86.95. Am I guaranteed entry to the course? And if not what are my chances of obtaining an offer?
