Do most people see a major difference in their year 11 marks and year 12 marks? From the people in my school, i heard that a lot of people didnt do very well in their prelims but did so much better in year 12 Is this true? i know it depends on each person but overall, is this a common trend?

Can anyone suggest me a year 11 math ext 1 textbook that has challenge questions like the ICE EM textbook? I'm currently using Cambridge but I dont think it is that useful and it feels too repetitive
