Hmmm well my 5 majors actually fit in the number of CP requored for my degree (its 5 years, not 4 - only 1 major a year on avg. ) Its really only a matter of planning the degree structure - its not much effort in terms of subjects. Doing arts helps a lot :) And overloading a bit isnt too...

Lots of people in TSP do MATH3005 in first year since it doesnt have prerequisites from earlier years on anything, just some harder concepts than is typical for first year subjects. Be careful though - sometimes lectures at different times cover material at slightly different paces, so try to consistently go to a lecture at the same time or else you may get a little out of sync.

Check your emails uni regularly, since it gets sent lots of official stuff... TSP mentors dont matter a whole lot though in my experience, unless they happen to specialise in your particular area(s) of interest.

For both MATH1901 and MATH1902 you need to get the printed lecture notes from Kopystop which is down near broadway shopping centre. These contain the material for the courses as well as copies weekly tutorials, and are pretty cheap. Unfortunately last year there were no seperate notes for...
