ahhh stupid exam...i prepared myslef so well for a question like this then they hit my with law and justice ...grr

yeh when it was done the board of studies said 'justice' but all the teachers thought it was 'precedent' i thought it was precedent when our teacher tested us last yr too but it aint

thank you for that!!! i called the hsc help line and they said an individual right is one that belongs to a sole person e.g. freedom of religion and a collective right is one that belongs to a group of people eg right to self determination hope that helps :)

oh btw there was like real anger of this question so i doubt theyll ask anyhing similar again

i was wondering i anyone coud help me coz i got stumped on quite a few of the past hsc short answer questions 1. define the notion of individual human rights and provide and example. (2 marks) 2. identify one human right recognised in Aust law and outline how this human tight is protected...

ohhh i did this one today too! i got B tho coz its obviously not A or C and originally i thought D but since precendent means wat it means it cant recognise rights as new rights are established as society changes....while precedent means that u have to follow court rulings from centuries ago...

me too! did everything but study for ancient exams coz i had bout a week to study (got my Ps, shopping etc) lol...crammed in the last 2 days ur soo lucky...have to wait till next wednesday for legal! cant wait enjoy ur freedom and good luck for tomorrow

i dont even know you i have bigish writing anyway and i started it coz every other exam thoughts thingy ive been to has one it doent make a difference how much i wrote anyway coz i know that thats not what the markers look at i think ur the one who has to get over something not me

lol it was a SHE anywayz...i was bit shocked they asked bout relationship wit thutmose but lucky i did a practice question at home kinda otherwise relatively easy....u were free to write wat u thought was relavent basically
