I was just wondering if anyone from this site has ever gotten into Nida for Acting? I was just wondering what the course is actually like. what are the teachers like? Just generally anything about the time you spent their. Did you become really close with all the actors?

By loosening their standards they are going to lose all of their prestige.

Lets be realistic, it is so hard to get into for any course especialy acting. They are looking for people with life experience not people that are straight out of school. I have read the 'Nida Audition Forum' and from what people have said, its not based on talent alone, but on the persons...

I tend to be the opposite, i find Ancient SO interesting..My teacher is the best, so i guess that helps.

We did our case studies individualy, i did the colosseum and the fall of Rome, we had to present to the class! I know one girl did Dier El Medina, i thought it was quite interesting.. its that group that built the pyramids, isnt it?
