So, here I am, sitting around waiting for my Italian speaking exam to rear its ugly head, idly (desperately) searching for tips in the Italian forum - but, you won't believe it, Latin students talk more than Italian students (I'm talking about years, here)... And Holy Oxen Off The Sacred...

Sorry for being retrospective but, They're thinking of scrapping grammar? Why, oh why, did I do the HSC this year. If I'd accelerated Italian and decelerated Latin I wouldn't even have any exam clashes! :angel: But moving on, what uni courses can we actually use Latin for? I'm having...

(I do Latin at Steph's school, btw) No, we aren't too productive. We have oxen of wondrous beauty falling off waterfalls, naked young men at gay festivals, etc. etc. to distract us. And we're really, really talkative (all girls) so that obviously doesn't help. Probably the worst of all...

I know, I'm just wondering if I get a great big trophy saying 'Only one in the state - Well done'. Maybe I can make myself a medal if I survive this. Oh, and if I'm also in about 1% of people who have two exams the day before the only exam done by the entire state.... Sigh. Thankyou :)

Does anyone else in the state have two exam clashes? As in, First day of exams, I'm expected to do Italian Beginners and Latin Continuers at the same time... (and then not stuff up my Area of Study paper the next day, which I'm nervous enough about) and on the last day of exams, I'm supposed...
