Yes I also noticed that, which again brings evidence to my point that this paper was probably written the night before it's "due date". I don't understand why BoS make things harder on themselves by offering outdated, obscure and badly-worded questions for students to answer.
Correct me if I'm wrong but under the syllabus Customer Types included Individuals/Households, Firms, Govt (Public Sector), Educational Instituions, Clubs + Societies, and Religious Groups.
I was under the impression that you would have to use these to answer the question.
