    it doesn't matter if you are doing visual arts or not. you can learn the visual arts syllabus and get a band 6 with wikipedia rather than a textbook or notes. don't get defensive if you are doing well in visual art and we call it easy/a bludge

    yes, art is a bludge because you read about some art theory + artists and do a 'major work' which can simply be a white canvas with a black sketch of a box – symbolising an aesthetic and metaphysical utopia through geometric congruity similar to cezanne or even de stilj and there is your band 6 lol

    I can't solve Question 5. (d) (ii) 2005 HSC Paper although i have the correct method because it overloaded my casio calculator, fx-100AU (too many digits). I'm aware of how stupid this sounds but I need help.

    Question 9. (b) of HSC 2003 paper. I noticed to find the angle to solve (iii) you need to use the double-angle rule (in a circle the angle at the center is double of the angle at the circumference, when the angles have the same circumference as base) which I faintly remembered back from year...

    Maybe I should have clarified. Sorry. I'm seeking explanation of the method I found in my past papers books (Coroneos). "Noting that v=2-4cost and that -1≤cost≤1 then at sight, the maximum value of v occurs when cost=-1. This maximum value is 2-4(-1)=6."
