I suppose you'd have to imitate a piece exactly note by note if your playing a song by ear... wouldnt you have to provide a score in for the examiner to follow as you play?

Good. I've been studying maths during SDD lessons, and we had a test today and tomorrow. Dont know anything. I think im set to drop it for year 12 to pick up either 4U maths or music ext. Most likely music ext since im not great at maths, hence the studying in SDD.

musicinship and theory is sooo useful for doing music 2 course. only problem is that while u may have other ppl in the class learning harmony, you end up bludging... unfortunately i did 6th grade musicianship without any plans to do Lmus! Amus is as FAR as im going =S and im failing at it now...
