Anya is wonderful she provided me with extensive feedback and edited my essays. I believe her essay editing has truly helped me improve my essays. I highly recommend her if you want to want to succeed in...
I heard people say if you write your name and attempt the paper say 0-15/100 or 30/100,(raw mark) it scales up to a 50 mark or is it possible to get under 50?
Are there any Spry Roughley cadets here? I have specific questions about the cadetship.
In general, can cadets go on student exchange for a semester or two and still graduate within 4 years?
Do cadets have to work during the semester breaks/holidays or is it optional?
Hi
Is a TAFE Barista Course worthwhile? I plan to work part-time during university. Has anyone found the TAFE course enhance their employment opportunities?
Thanks
Hi
I'm planning to attend the Australian Student Leadership Conference in Sydney this year.
Has everyone attended this before? Would you recommend it? Is it worthwhile and beneficial to your resume/CV?
Thanks in advance
Everyone thank you for your input. For university I'm thinking of a B Commerce. So it looks like I'll think about it still. It's a huge decision to make. Rote learning is a daunting task remembering 3/4 terms of work for one exam. For physics, I guess just like Maths if you do not understand the...
I am in two minds whether to do Physics or Biology. I plan to take Chemistry but only taking two sciences. I think three would be a bit too much. I have term rotations of the 3 sciences in Year 9 and 10. I found Biology easier but then again the test was easy practically every got 44/45 or 45/45...
It shows that it is achievable to do well in two languages, and with two languages that can be mixed up easily. I'll keep it in mind thanks for the input.
I did 100hrs in Year 9 and this year I asked if I could drop the subject (my elective) but they said no because I wouldn't be credited for the course.
How does that work?
That information is insightful laura-jayne14. It will be useful in helping me decide whether to take a language or languages. I never knew it was 3 years worth of work in a year and a half. It is more difficult than expected. All the best in your Italian studies :)
I'm only studying one language now which is Italian. I'll think about this. I hope to score 90+ so it doesn't scale down in both of languages. I know it is a difficult task. I better think of another subject in case I take only one language.
Currently I am in year 10 and plan to take:
Advanced English
Maths 2u
Chemistry
Biology(maybe instead Physics)
French (at school if a class runs)
Indonesian (distance ed)
Spanish (distance ed)
Has anyone taken two languages for the HSC? Is it difficult or unadvisable? I plan to take...
Thank you for your inputs.
The only reason of wanting to self-learn harmony is because I have no music lessons in the holidays. So I would have already used about 1.5 months out of 5 months until the exam. Now, it looks like the Dulcie Hollands book is more suited and in depth as you said...
Hello,
If I put this in the wrong section, feel free to move this thread.
Currently, I passed grade 4 music of theory May 2012. My music teacher makes all the students sit the test in May so I've got to decide now if I am taking it or not or else I'll run out of time. My skills I need to...
