I'm wearing board shorts and thongs, also a shirt cause it'll be cold as fuck at night.
Also how are you guys gonna get back to central/get home after it?
Ahh chemical engineering...at least I get Wednesday off.
Also the shit thing is I'm going to be running from one side of the uni to the other between lectures ffs
Overall pretty happy, no clue wtf happened with my english exam though...
Also performed much better in physics than I expected.
Atar calculators saying 90-91 range :)
Btw guys are the bands calculated by the raw marks, exam marks, or hsc marks?
As in do they use the assessment mark aswell as your exam to determine if you get say a band 6?
Do yours make you guys do a full booklet check? like you have to go through the exam page by page to make sure everything is printed properly?
Because its basically more reading time for everyone ahaha
You didnt have to use the A = absinC formula, but yeah they end up crossing out.
you just had to rearrange it so that rt A1 and rt A2 are the subjects of their own equations ie.( rt A1 = x * rt A/(x+y) ) and (rt A2 = y * rt A / (x+y) )
and then when you add both rt A1 and rt A2 they cross out...
Wasn't too bad, didn't finish off q15 b) iii) and also screwed up 16) b) + some multiple choice questions.
That, plus most likely some silly mistakes somewhere haha
Overall expecting somewhere in the late 80s early 90s
There's really no way to know as the cutoffs change every year depending on how hard the paper is/how well the cohort does. I guess if you wanted to estimate it you could find out the cutoffs for previous years.
