If you've been told that expressly, then that's what you need to do. As far as I remember, you didn't have to enrol before oweek last year. However, things may have changed due to the new degree structure. If you want to be safe, enrol in Foundations of Law - every law student has to do that...

It depends on the subject. I study arts/law and only one of eight so far has been non-compulsory. Arts subjects usually have less students than law. However, I still think there'll be less than you're used to.

Assuming this is your first sem/first year at uni you'll be doing Torts and Foundations of Law in a law double degree. The other two courses will come from your other degree. There will be an enrollment session during oweek that you can attend if you're still confused.

Just that it says enrolment will be online and then provides a date for enrollment in person.

Does anyone know if you need to enrol into both a lecture and tutorial for every class when we enrol for first semester?

I'm planning on doing both in a double degree. I can do what I love and know there'll always be some kind of job for me. If I start making some money, I can continue studying.

How come people are being accepted so early? Is it only for Fenner?

You can if you apply to multiple states, e.g. VTAC and UAC. Then you get one offer per application, as long as you satisfy the requirements of at least one of your preferences in each application.
