    Energy drinks

    I stay away from them. I don't think there's anything inherently bad about caffeine in moderation, but if you're looking for a boost I'd take coffee over energy drinks any day. Red Bull tastes like crap (I realize this is subjective), and coffee consumption appears to be linked with health benefits.
