    2nd Round Offers for Actuarial Studies. Do they exist?

    Hi, does anyone know how flexible the atar cut-off is for actuarial studies at UNSW and MacQ? Do they frequently give out offers to people below the required atar? I got 96.35 and i know that the cut-offs in 2013 were 97.00 and 96.55 respectively. What do you think? Am i a chance? Thanks...
