Why improve English specifically? As I understand it, it's probably the highest scaling subject there, and I'm in the top half of my grade, unlike some of the other subjects... Also I do maths, but I know it won't count for my atar so I didn't put it up. 2u maths - 77/91 if that changes anything...

Hi everyone! could someone please explain how this works? If a unit (or two) that are required for my major are also required as a part of the degree, what do I do? does it not matter because i've already done it, or do I have to choose a substitute unit? THANKS :)

Is it possible to complete a major within a Bachelor of Economics at macquarie? I'm interested in doing a double major in economics and english, is this possible under the BEc? or would i need to do a BA, BCom or something? i know you can at Usyd and UNSW. thanks!
