im not trying to learn everything the night before, as i said i have a terrible memory so I'm just trying to make sure i have everything i need to know

i know how to apply them but i have a terrible memory at the best of times let alone when highly stressed because of exams, its the night before and already i can not think straight so that is why i am asking for help so that i can give myself (and others who look here) the best chance for my exam.

How do i do those ones? I can't remember my book that had them in it got destroyed so i don't have them written down anywhere :/
