Planck solved it via a "mathematical trick" rather than energy being quantised as this would have been a deparature from classical phys (but he didn't know this was actually true). As to answer ur question, pretty much the probability of a quantum of energy being emitted would also approach zero...
but the thing is, with a 96 i am over the required atar for my course, but a 92 is not. Overall its -0.15 atar for me using the uac calculator, which might not seem a lot, but it is a lot for the mid 99 atars.
on a real note tho, is the 2023 paper harder than the 2022 or 2021? Some people are saying its easier, but surely its a bit harder or at least on par with 2022 right?
