predictions for sports med would be 2 of these:
- female athletes
- temperature regulation
- return to play
- taping and bandaging
does anyone have improving performance predictions
u would pick an alt approach eg herbal medicine, acupuncture and then go over how they can make informed decisions to trust it e.g is the approach scientifically tested, is the person is qualified, what treatment is offered and how is this beneficial over western medicine etc
TBH u dont even need to write any statistics real or fake it says on the syllabus something like "students don't need to know latest statiscs, just trends" so just know if stuff like cvd or dementia or wtv is increasing or decreasing or stable
I don't have the actual paper online but I remember the content of the questions
3 marker on indicators for readiness on return to play
5 marker on gradual exercise for shoulder dislocation
12 marker on evaluate temperature regulation mechanisms (basically the syllabus dot point)
don't...
I think i overthought a lot of the questions tbhhh I was preparing for a much more difficult exam and focused on harder questions and weirdly neglected the really easy stuff which makes no sense but idk
thank goodness though I do 12 units worst case scenario bio doesn't even count
hmmm like the syllabus completely changes next yr so I feel like they're gonna want to test all the weird and specific questions, I can see them giving a scenario of an athlete and then u have to write a training program but its such a random small part of the syllabus + it would be very weird...
