Marks don't matter in school its ranking. Keep the ranking as consistently high as possible and you'll be in control of your own marks (most of the time)
If it helps you, I did not do very well for my first 2 assessments in geography but aced my trials by a considerable margin over 2nd which allowed me to jump from ~4th to 1st. Which then let me get my own assessment mark since I was the only one who got a b6.
Unless you're struggling with the basic e1-e2 band questions you shouldn't be worried. Same for e3 questions as long you don't spend over 15mins for a question
Depends on how well you do in other assessment tasks, had a friend fail 2 english assessments but was really good at 3u and 4u where he was close to state ranking and ended up with a 99+
Thanks for the advice.
Last question is how lenient are they with illness and misadventure forms, like is it required that they are extremely rigorous and detailed?
I.e. Would it be accepted if my illness does get considerably better to the point I can do the exam?
I currently have a high fever since last Saturday with a physics exam on Thursday and a geography exam on Friday, and I don't imagine it'll improve significantly until then as I am currently experiencing urges to vomit.
This has significantly impacted my ability to study as I get massive...
