I was told by my teachers that to give yourself a fair chance, for composing in AOS you need to be writing at least 2 A4 pages. That's probably 3 booklet pages? I'd be aiming up from that a bit, though. Anyway, I wholeheartedly agree- quality over quantity.

I considered that, but I felt that my subjects balaced and/or complemented each other well- I'd go crazy doing all sciences or all writing subjects. I prefer to learn across the board. An extra 2 units wasn't that much more of a workload in all honesty. Extension 2 English is over and done with...

No, not in this case. I do four units of english. As they take your "best two" units of english, my Extension 1 & 2 units could (and probably will be) the ones that count.

What units do you expect not to, or would prefer not to count? Why did you keep them anyway? I have 12 units (as in my signature) and to be honest, any of them could be what doesn't end up counting. I have a feeling drama will be the one that doesn't, because my marks were not quite as strong...
