umm, it's a legitimate fine from the State Debt Recovery Office - i got one last year. its the same as a normal parking ranger ticket, security have nothing to do with it. the fine money goes to the state government. if you don't pay it they increase the fine, and if you still don't pay it...

from memory a b.eco takes three years and law takes four - so if you can do them simultaneously and finish in five years, youve got two years up your sleeve. Credit average is easy to maintain - its only a 65+ totally achievable. No lost time, you gain credits for units already studied.

mate just leave the unit sets bit, don't even worry about it. just pick your first year subjects and leave it at that.
