hey you know maybe UWS won't go by raw scores this year..? I just got an offer for an oral assessment in dentistry wiht university of adelaide... and my raw mark was pretty shitty (low 160s) I know from last year, everyone at my school who got an interview at adelaide dent, also got one...

mate it's not. two of my good friends are doing first year med at uws, they both got mid 160s. it will go up this year, but im fairly sure its not going to be 180. maybe early 170s maxx.. this is for gws students of course. for the rest of yous, well your pretty boned.

yeah usually you do need a real high U.A.I. but thats not always the case eh. my friend (from sydney) got 96.something and he's doing first year med at JCU right now.. so dont lose hope. the application counts too, so if you nail that, and your uai is half decent then you got a good shot.

yeah its much lower for gws'ers.. i know a few people who got in last year with mid 160 raw marks. i'm wondering if anyone knows last years umat cutoff for griffith dentistry? or the griffith med science/med program.

Wooz said that u need 187 raw mark to get an interview at uws or something? thats only if you dont live in the greater western sydney area. couple of my friends from last year got into med at uws with umats in the mid 160s.. but they live in greater western sydney. it hink cutoff last year...
