I had great marks all year and found it quite easy. I never left 1st position in my class and I did good in my hsc my uai wasn't great but I think the scaling was pretty rough. The final exam was a bit of a suprise the questions weren't what we had expected or prepared for, so cover all your bases.

Hey peoples I'm another one of those persons who replied to this post about leaving studying for maths until late and I have no regrets. I think having a crap teacher can have alot to do with bad marks they are there for a reason. My maths teacher was one of those types and i did average but...

A girl i know at school went on search for a supermodel and she made it to the final 20, its relly weird though because she walks around school with old out of date clothes and she always has messy hair but she apparently scrubbed up really well to make it to the final 20.

i'am in the exact same position i freaked out so much about the english exam i hadn't even started studying for maths and now since ive stuffed up my english i'm worried i'll do the same in maths. So i figured i'd do all the examples and really concentrate on the things i have alot of troubles...

we spent half the year not knowing when anything was due so when we had to hand in our pieces it was a suprise for lots of ppl especially those who hadn't shown up to class for the past 2 months before hand...

i found science pretty good not easy but not stressfully hard ive managed to spend the past 2 years ranked first which is a boost for the ego especially when im dying in all my other subjects...

i have to admit i havent studied for maths since the trials and its not because im good at maths... but in the tests i went well in i practiced all the examples and compared my workin with theirs and i did a few questions i had trouble with and made sure i did the chapter reviews...:)

i dont know what to do with this one i mean ive sorta studied themes but mostly revised differnt productions if i had to guess what the question was i say it would be something analytical because of all the questions ive revised have been creative they'd probably throw in a essay discussing...

i love this poem basically because its the only thing i seem to understand... The door act as a barrier to the changes of the outside world to open it is to remove this barrier and accept change.. but if you dont then the barrier remains and so will you and im not sure if anyone has noticed...

thats definetly a colourful way of putting it. But i don't think you should put people down who are having troubles with the course im not personally but some of my friends are and they are not what you referred to they are smart people. :cool: Lullaby

well i stratigically place myself at the kitchen table set up all of my work and then decide id much rather listen to music and forget all about it trust me it works:) :) :)

i didn't think ours was too bad ,answer a few questions about comics and articles and write an essay on change and how Gwen Harwood conveyed change our modules paper was a different story.:rolleyes:

i didn't realise senior science would be marked down so much until late in my course.If our school had informed us properly about these kind of things i would not have picked half the courses i did.But no use dwelling about it at least i can help my brother pick courses that will enhance his uai.:)

Well i accidently typed in bored of studies instead of board of studies (must of been something in the back of my mind) and i regularly browze this site and am glad i mispelled it because this site has been a life saver.:)
