Why doesn't it have an answer?

On the Board Of Studies, 2003 Physics Marking Guidelines there is an answer for every MC question.

The answer is fries, i mean B

Although it isn't a great question the answer is B.

The spaceship hasn't stopped moving when it viewed the other clock, which would mean it would have slowed down, from there just apply the formula.

I have a book with past papers & I looked at the answers, it said : 5 -

if it was the one on relativity, the question was very bad.... an american physics professor said all the answers are wrong (someone sent him an email ...and posted it here...somewhere)... so its not the best question to study.
