Edit: All the following is based on the assumption you're asking these questions because you want/need to do these units at some point in the fuure.

In case you'll be doing these in 2009, cps generally stay the same but if they're going to change, they'll be unofficially released closer to the start of 2009, and officially released around re-enrolment time for re-enrolling/continuing students (i.e. Jan/Feb-ish).
Re future (i.e. sem 2, 2008; 2009) exam details, format, etc: they may change in the future, and nothing is set in stone until a few weeks before the relevant exam timetable, when the convenor finalises the unit exam. Course convenor may change, too (which also usually brings about a dramatic change in course content and thus, the exam, as I'm sure you've expected/assumed) but the current one is listed on the above link. Type their name into
