I am just wondering is there a pdf/ebook copy for terry lee and cambridge ext 2 textbook?

OR .... you could pay for a copy and allow the authors to get the reward they deserve.

I did buy the textbook (hardcopy), but it doesn't have the ebook/pdf attached, like cambridge 3U....BTW, i know about copyright and I recognise the authors deserve award for their works....
