If you see a penguiny-looking sort of person sitting in front of you in lectures, could you please refrain from using his shoulders as a foot rest?

Don't get me wrong - I've nothing against ppl putting their legs up. But it's just a little uncomfortable for me if I'm actually sitting there, and I feel a dirty shoe prodding my back or my arm! Just a polite request.

Not only that, if you see a person with a big head in front of you in lecture, would you also please not activate you *shoulder massaging* legs behind me cuz I can get pretty distracted...
